*What is the price range for Pulse products?
Pulse prices are incredibly affordable! Our Grade 1 suggested retail prices
range between $1500-$2500. Prices increase as fabric grades increase. You
can receive full pricing information through the Pulse Retail or Design Partner
nearest to you.
*Where can I see Pulse furniture?

*Where can I purchase this awesome furniture?
To order any of the our items, contact the Pulse retail outlet or designer

marketing partner closest to you. If you want to become a Pulse retail or
design partner, fill out an application and send it to us as soon as possible.
*What does exclusivity mean?
Our furniture is available to the trade only. For retail partners, the exclusive
territory is a population radius of about two million people, with no design
partners in small markets. Contract work is not included in our exclusivity
program (i.e. hotels, mega projects). For design partners, the exclusive territory
is a population radius of about 1 million people, with no retailers in small
markets. Contract work is not included in our exclusivity program (i.e. hotels,

*What quality of furniture does Pulse offer?
Pulse offers quality assurance on all of our products, with an unbeatable
warranty that includes: lifetime on frames; lifetime on springs and webbing;
and 5 years prorated on the fabric and 10 years prorated on the foam. There
is no warranty on abused items. Our frames are made mainly from quality Canadian
hardwood birch. Our springs are Leggett & Platt Nosag sinuous spring.
Often we use high quality durable webbing instead of springs. Our foam in
Canadian made highest quality 2.4 density.
*How do I order Pulse products?

*How quickly can I get my hands on Pulse products?
Our Quick Ship items are shipped the next day OAC, and all regular and special
order items are usually leave our factory within four to five weeks OAC.
*How does the Quickship Program work?
The Pulse Quickship Program satisfies your need to have new furniture immediately
by providing you with the items you want right away. QSP items are shipped
as shown on the Pulse website with no alterations. Our QSP program is subject
to change periodically to ensure that we are always up-to-date with the needs
of the market. Be sure to visit our website regularly for our updated QSP
items.
*Can I get more information on the Pulse Design Contest?
Check out the “Design Contest” section on our website to see how your original designs can become part of the Pulse line!
*Can we change the size?
Absolutely ! Please contact the Pulse retail outlet or designer in your exclusive area for pricing info.
*Does Pulse work with leather?
Yes but this is why Pulse sells lots of PVC...
Save Money: PVC or poly vinyl chloride starts at 80% less than leather. Yet at the higher price points PVC can be more expensive than leather.
Last Longer: PVC will last a really long time and we guarantee it for 5 years (prorated). Also, you will not get wear marks on it like leather.
Many Options: PVC comes in hundreds of colors, textures and patterns many more than leather.
Consistency: PVC is consistent throughout your furniture unlike leather, which has many imperfections.
Bonus: You will save the cows!

Wrapping Procedures of Pulse Furniture:

Step #1: Place cardboard & bubble wrap down

Step #2: Place furniture on top of cardboard & bubble wrap

Step #3: Fold the bubble wrap up and around to protect the corners

Step #4: Wrap the entire peice of furniture in bubble wrap

Step #5: Place corner cardboard on all corners (top & bottom)

Step #6: Fold up the bottom cardboard to protect the sides

Step #7: Wrap the entire piece in plastic wrap to protect from moisture and shipping
