· Lifetime on the frame.
· Lifetime on the springs and/or webbing.
· Lifetime on the foam.
· 5 years prorated on the fabric.

* There is no warranty on abused items. Believe us, we know when you've been unkind to your furniture.

* There is no warranty on the fabric if the Customer provides the fabric (C.O.M.)

We stand behind our workmanship and our top-notch suppliers. We use only the best available materials and components.

We are proud to be Canadian and we employ real people who earn a real wage for their craftsmanship. Our staff are trained and skilled professionals who take pride in their work.

Our frames are made mainly from quality Canadian Hardwood birch. Most of the time we use durable webbing instead of springs. Our springs are Leggett & Platt Nosag sinuous spring. It too is of the highest possible quality. Finally, our foam is Canadian made highest quality Vitafoam Vitalux 2.4 density.

If for any reason you or your customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, you as a retailer or designer are encouraged to contact us immediately so that we can work together to try to make it right.

Production Process

1) Our frames are made mainly from quality Canadian Hardwood birch. Most of the time we use durable webbing instead of springs.

2) We cut all fabrics by hand to ensure the highest quality and accuracy possible using skilled craftsmen

3) We sew our fabrics using the most experienced and dedicated staff ensuring that all Pulse Furniture is brilliantly constructed

4) Our Upholsters are the finest in industry each having more than 10 years experience guaranteeing you get what you deserve

Return Policy

You should never be unsatisfied in life or in furniture.

We offer a 30 day return option on all Quick Ship Program items. We will gladly take back any item with no questions asked. Terms are Freight On Board (F.O.B.), Winnipeg, Canada. Meaning you pay to ship it to our door and there will be a 30% restocking and cleaning fee. We will credit your account for use on future orders. For all regular items we will accept returns within 30 days F.O.B. to our door in Winnipeg, Canada with a 40% restocking and cleaning fee. We will credit your account for use on future orders.

As would be expected, there are no returns on C.O.M. orders. As well, no returns will be accepted on abused items.
